To transfer a domain .com, .org, .net, .eu, .info and all other generic extensions (gTLD) from Aruba to Keliweb you just have to follow the procedure below.
Before you forward your transfer request you have to check that your domain's e-mail is existing and accesable. Your e-mail address validity is fundamental to confirm the transfer procedure. To check your domain's e-mail you just need to process a whois and if the e-mail is uncorrect you will have to contact Aruba to replace it with a new one. Once the check is complete you will have to:
  • Unlock the domain from Aruba control panel;
  • Disactivate the Domain privacy (if active);
  • Request the Authorization Code (AuthInfo /AuthCode/ EPP);
  • Purcahse your domain transfer order, typing the Authorization code when required
How to unlock your domain
As you enter your Aruba Customer Area, you have to:
  • Choose the domain to transfer and click on Control panel.
  • Click on Authorization code, in the Utility sectionto get the code.
  • Unlock your domain, by clicking on Unlock domain;
  • In the Utility section, disactivate the privacy (Whois Privacy)
