Opening a ticket is an extremely easy task that allows you to request specific information on hosting and other services to our team.
If you are a Keliweb customer and you need to ask for support please follow these simple steps:
1. Log into your customer area entering username and password
2. Select the "Support" tab where you find the "Ticket" icon. Here, choose between "Open new ticket" or "Tickets List"
3. Once you've selected the first option, choose to open a sales or administrative ticket or request Tech Support
4. Then fill in all the required fields, click "Open ticket" and wait for an e-mail to confirm you that your ticket has been opened.
