Our specialists will take care of solving your problem in the time slot between 08:00 a.m and 06:00 p.m from Monday to Friday.

Hosting tech support Intervention EXTRA

Our specialists will take care of solving your problem in the time slot between 06:00 p.m and 08:00 a.m from Monday to Friday.

Hosting tech support Intervention PRIORITY

Your request will have priority over the waiting queue.
Our team will offer you support as soon as possible.

NOTE: We recommend to make a backup of all your data before requesting the intervention of one of our specialists. Keliweb will NOT be responsible in any case or for any reason for any loss of data following the agreed technical intervention. You will also be required to change the accesses provided to our specialists at the end of the intervention.

How to request the service

Later you can purchase the service straightly from your customer area , following the instructions provided by our specialists.
