Privacy is a key factor in today’s digital era, especially considering the strict regulations governing data protection, security, and business communications. On Keliweb, users can easily manage their privacy preferences by activating or deactivating consent for different types of communications, such as newsletters, marketing campaigns, and soft-spam messages related to products similar to those already purchased.
To update these settings, simply log in to the Keliweb client area with your username and password. Once inside, click on the profile icon at the top right of the page and select Profile Management from the dropdown menu.
In the Profile Management section, scroll down until you reach the Privacy Preferences Management area.
In this section, you will find all the available options regarding the processing of your personal data. You can grant or withdraw consent for receiving Keliweb newsletters, allow or deny the use of your data for marketing purposes, and choose whether or not to receive soft-spam communications. It is also possible to define your preferred communication channels, selecting between email, reserved area messages, SMS, or phone calls with an operator.
If you have already provided your consent and wish to revoke it, simply uncheck the corresponding options. If, on the contrary, you wish to enable specific communications, select the relevant fields and indicate your preferred channel. To complete the process and save your choices, scroll down and click on Save Changes.
