You may encounter this error in the following cases:
- Send emails to more than 12 non-existent recipients within one hour
- Send more than 12 emails to a nonexistent recipient within an hour
- Sending emails to more than 12 full inboxes within one hour.
To prevent spam, the system will temporarily block sending. You can check the causes of the block directly from their cPanel panel under "Track Delivery". After an hour the hosting will be automatically re-enabled for sending.
