Our team provides you with continuative support 24/7/365. You can open a ticket from your customer area. Our team will reply as soon as possible. No support is provided for websites codes, usually managed by your own webmaster.
- VPS CLOUD
The VPS CLOUD service allows you to manage the whole software side in full autonomy. The basic support for this service includes the resolution of disservices related to connectivity and hardware (disservices connected to the machine's startup itself). You can add the Managed support if you want our team to take care of the software management and constantly supervise your machine.
- DEDICATED SERVER
This service includes the management of connectivity and hardware disservices. If a hardware breakdown may occur our team will replace the component for free in 24 hours. You can add Managed support to allow our team to manage the software component of the server and constantly supervise your machine.
ADVANCED SUPPORT: In addition to basic support, you can request the advanced support for dedicated services, such as VPS and Server, requiring advanced tech skills. You will be in direct contact with our team which will provide you with a quotation and schedule of the intervention. Any programming or website debug intervention is excluded.
