To transfer a domain .it from 1&1 to Keliweb you need to follow a simple procedure:

• Make a Whois  to check the domain current status 
• Get the Authorization code (AuthCode / AuthInfo /EPP)
• Enter the authorization code when required.

The Authorization code is essential to transfer your domain. It can be numeric or alphanumeric. To recover your authorization code:

• Log-in to your 1&1 customer area 
• In the "Domains and Web Space" field, click "Domains"
• Select the domain you want to transfer to Keliweb and click on "Information"

Send the code to Keliweb via ticket system or by replying to the e-mail sent by our team.
